To enable your online account to be activated and linked with your existing Metamark account, we require your acceptance in regards to sharing your company account details on the site. Please ensure you have read and understood the following agreement, and then complete the short form below.

Metamark My Account Visibility Agreement
We are committed to ensuring that your commercially sensitive information remains secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we require your confirmation that all individuals associated with your company who gain access to our Metamark Online store, and proceed with ordering Metamark products online against your account, have permission to view and access the information listed below. Information found within the My Account section will contain Account Balance, Current Balance, Unallocated Cash, Account Contact Information (full name, email addresses, billing and shipping addresses), Order History, Invoices and any stored payment methods (such as credit card details). Information in relation to any sub accounts will also be listed.
